Food & Rations
Helping families with essential food supplies so children do not have to choose between hunger and school.
Hope, dignity and opportunity for every child
KARE India Children Hope Foundation works with underprivileged children in slum areas, rural communities and urban settlements across India, supporting them with food, education, school admissions, healthcare needs and safer homes.
Our team personally identifies families and children who need urgent support.
Why KARE India exists
Across many communities, children miss school because their families cannot afford basic education, food, transport, books, uniforms or a stable home environment. KARE India exists to stand beside these children before poverty decides their future.
We focus on practical help: food rations, school admissions, learning support, health-related help and home repair or renovation support where living conditions affect a child’s safety and dignity.
Our focus areas
Helping families with essential food supplies so children do not have to choose between hunger and school.
Supporting school admissions, books, basic learning needs and pathways into primary, secondary and college education.
Helping improve homes through repair, renovation and basic living-condition support for vulnerable families.
Supporting children and families with basic health, hygiene and wellbeing needs wherever possible.
Our promise
Instead of only running campaigns from far away, our team visits communities, understands real needs and supports children and families with practical help.
